Breathwork
The gift of the breath is always available to us, naturally and without effort or thought. It can also be used to up-regulate or down-regulate; to alter our physical and emotional states at will. What constitutes ‘breathwork’ is sustained conscious intention behind or attention to the breath. Through this, we experience the powerful and transformational possibilities of simply breathing.
Breathwork can process stagnant emotions and feelings in the body and support in connecting to our highest potential and infinite selves. Breathwork is a practice of deep connection to our bodies to liberate the sensations, intelligence and energy contained within our systems. This means it is an holistic way to heal, release, and transform. It enables energy to move, to balance and to flow. It is also supremely beneficial to our nervous system, body, brain and overall health.
I am honoured to hold space, with practice grounded in neuroscience and rooted in trauma-awareness , integrating somatic body-based techniques, for whatever arises during or after your breathwork session. Or to simply facilitate deep relaxation (or whatever it is you need in that moment) for you.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis utilises a perfectly natural, deep state of relaxation to harness the potential of the subconscious mind to impact positive change. It is a safe, effective way to change unwanted behaviours, promote beneficial responses and achieve desired outcomes and goals. Hypnosis bypasses the analytical, critical mind to install positive beliefs, thoughts and responses and build new neural pathways. This enables the subconscious mind to work for us, rather than against us.
Hypnosis promotes wellbeing and can efficiently and effortlessly address, support, improve and manage anything that involves the brain - and everything does!

Reiki
Reiki is universal life force, light, pure energy. A Reiki treatment can unblock where energy is not flowing freely and optimise the flow of life force energy.
Reiki is healing and can restore or enhance harmony, balance, health and wellbeing. It is effective for stress reduction and relaxation and can be safely used to improve all conditions, situations, issues and purposes. Reiki can promote spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
As a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui tradition, I understand that energy is within and available to all. Accessing or receiving Reiki can have profoundly healing, liberating and restorative impact. I also offer Reiki training and attunements.
Coaching
Coaching can be a highly effective approach to problem-solving, implementing positive change and bringing clarity to issues or situations.
It can support professional and professional growth, relationships, goals and direction, accountability, self-awareness, stress management, decision-making and activating next steps.
Being guided to identify, set and achieve goals empowers you to unlock your potential, access your inner capacity and succeed in the ways you want to.
I incorporate a range of highly effective approaches, including somatics, to intuitively coach you towards your own solutions.
